When you place an order with VN Design Studio you will be asked to send us high quality images to work with if possible. The better quality your image is the more successful our retouching and editing will be. If you order via email you will be sent a watermarked copy of your retouched image. After you review and approve your image you will be sent a paypal invoice. Once payment has been received and cleared you will receive an non watermarked version of your image. You do not pay until your photo retouching has been approved of. This is how we guarantee 100% customer satisfaction. If you don't like the retouching service we provide you don't have to pay. Because you approve your images before paying we do not offer any refunds or exchanges.

PLEASE NOTE: We only keep retouched images on our hard drive for 3 business days. If you do not pay within 3 business days your image will be removed and you will have to place a new order which will have an additional $ 5 fee attached.
Our prices can vary based on project size and amount of work required on the photo retouching. We do offer discounts when ordering more then 3 edits at a time so please email us before ordering so we can give you an accurate quote and save you money.

Please note that although we do almost all types of photo editing we will not edit or retouch any images that have a watermark. If you have professional images on your hard drive with the photographers watermark we will not be able to remove it for you. You will need to pay your photographer for a non-watermarked image.
